This project was a full remodel and expansion for Citizen’s State Bank, incorporating their newly refreshed brand identity. Stenz helped the client assemble the right design team and provided conceptual budgeting along the way. The drive through remained open throughout construction.
The Carmel Arts Building is a mixed-use building comprised of the Evan Lurie Art Gallery, second floor office space and four penthouse condominiums. It was creatively designed to mimic 1920 Chicago-style architecture utilizing brick and limestone.
