Downtown Infill Projects Take Shape in Indianapolis

Stenz is currently involved in several residential infill projects in Downtown Indianapolis.  As more and more people flock to downtown as a place to live, work and play, we remain committed to delivering high quality, custom residential units geared towards a modern, urban lifestyle.

We currently have custom homes under construction in the trendy Fletcher Place neighborhood and in Historic Cottage Home at a project known as Dorman SQ. Units at Dorman SQ will be available beginning in late spring 2015.

Stenz understands the demanding requirements of the downtown residential buyer, and the challenges of building on infill sites, with a long history of delivering distinctive downtown projects including the Residences at 429 on the Park and the Glove Factory Condominiums.
