Superior partnered with Stenz to build out a new corporate office space at the historic Box Factory. We were very impressed with the communication we received from the entire Stenz Team, especially from our project manager (Donna) and the onsite supervisor (John). In addition, we received almost daily photo updates on the online project portal which allowed us to view progress without coming onsite. As with any project, there were some unexpected issues given the historic nature of the building and vendor issues beyond Stenz’s control. Stenz always communicated those issues to us in a timely manner, and when possible, presented us with many creative alternative solutions. It was apparent to us that Stenz maintains great relationships with their vendor partners. We would definitely recommend Stenz as a value-added partner in your next construction project.

Beau Ansty and Stenz Construction went above and beyond the call of duty when we hired them to renovate and restore a 100+ year old apartment building for us in 2023. Sticking to timelines and the constant communication seemed effortless, even in the midst of uncovering several unknown issues as we went through the process. The attention to detail in regards to finish level and carefully watching every dollar spent, was second to none. We certainly plan to work with the team again and look forward to it.
