Sharon has been part of the Indianapolis real estate scene since 1994. Since then, she has built an expansive career across commercial property management, development, brokerage operations, and land use throughout Indiana. Her diverse experience brings a valuable perspective to asset management, tenant relations, development strategy, and investment across the full real estate life cycle. While she has been part of many meaningful projects over the years, one of her favorites was orchestrating a move from Indiana to the mountains of western North Carolina, where she and her husband built a parallel life and career for ten years between 2015 and 2025. Outside of work, Sharon and her husband — her best friend of 20 years — are admitted foodies who love culinary adventures, life on the family farm where she grew up, and keeping up with their nine grandchildren. She also has a 37-year bowling habit and, thanks to a decade of hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, still tries to get out on a rugged trail whenever possible. Delivering an occupied renovation of this scale requires more than just good construction—it takes thoughtful phasing, clear communication, and a team committed to keeping the building operational every step of the way.
