We are so ecstatic to share this issue of the Indianapolis Business Journal covering Box Factory and The North Mass District which was published late last month.
The North Mass District is located just Northeast of downtown Indianapolis and situated between the Monon Trail, the I-70/I-65 split and the bustling Mass Ave/Brookside Corridor. Within North Mass, the Box Factory delivers over 135,000 square feet of office, recreation and restaurant space. The Box Factory campus includes on-site parking, greenspace, as well as 20+ acres for redevelopment.
Stenz Corporation has been captivated with Massachusetts Avenue and its potential for redevelopment for the past 50 years. Our fascination started back in the Seventies, when we made the decision to renovate a ramshackle building which was once the home of Iva’s Wishing Well Tavern. This historic triangular building was located at the beginning of Mass Ave. near the heart of downtown. When we moved our offices into the building, we were called trail blazers.
That title suits us just fine. To this day, we diligently search for up-and-coming trends and endeavor to stay ahead of them. As stated by Beau Ansty, the President of Stenz, “We really feel like the epicenter of downtown is shifting out to the northeast along Mass. Avenue.” Subsequently, Stenz Corporation is investing, developing, building and moving there.
By October, our Headquarters will be in the Box Factory. In essence, we are moving full circle, from one end of Mass Ave. to the other end. This, however, is not a story about endings, it is a story about new beginnings, not only for the North Mass Ave District but for Stenz Corporation as well.
Stenz Corporation is a full-service general contractor, construction manager and real-estate services firm.
