The Tenant Services Coordinator is a key member of the Real Estate Services team. This entry level position works with property managers to ensure that the needs of our commercial office tenants are met in a timely manner. Individuals with customer service, account management and other customer facing experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
- Respond to tenant needs, resolving problems promptly and according to leases.
- Responsible for immediate and positive response to tenant requests. Assess tenant needs to ensure problems are being solved quickly and effectively.
- Assist with the creation of formal request for proposals for contract services.
- Work with property managers to review vendor contracts.
- Review and manage tenant COIs across the management portfolio. Ensure they are current and meet minimum insurance requirements.
- Conduct monthly property inspections on behalf of property managers.
- Follow-up with tenants on any outstanding accounting receivables.
- Scheduling of conference rooms and building amenity centers.
- Work with senior management team on the day-to-day financial management of the properties with specific attention to accounts receivable, collection, maintenance and financial reporting.
- Assist with development of tenant appreciation programs including newsletter communication, welcome books and property events.
- General property management administrative tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, associate’s degree or work experience equivalent
- Computer aptitude with strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
