Stenz Corporation, an Indianapolis construction and property management company, is looking for an Office Manager at our corporate headquarters. 

This full-time position is the first point of contact for many of our clients, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player. Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant a plus.  

Day-to-Day Duties: 

  • Opens the office each day 
  • Monitor and order office supplies 
  • Answer phone and emails from tenants, clients and vendors and directing them to the appropriate team member 
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail  
  • Monitor accounts payable email inbox and direct invoices to appropriate team member 
  • Maintain the office condition and alerting management to any necessary repairs 
  • Ensure office is a welcome environment for our guests and clients 
  • Coordinate with IT on office equipment 
  • Monitor and payment of elevator permits for our managed properties 
  • Monitor and payment of utilities for our managed properties 
  • Make bank runs on a regular basis 
  • Setup new vendors and request COI & W-9s 
  • Assist in planning in-house or off-site employee activities 
  • Coordinating repairs of office equipment with vendors 
  • Execution of tasks assigned directly by the President and Senior Vice President 

Education and Experience: 

  • Computer aptitude with strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point 
  • Comfortable learning new software 
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner 
  • Hands on experience with office machines (printers, postal posting, etc.) 
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements 
  • Accounting experience is a plus 
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor 
  • High School degree
