Stenz Corporation, an Indianapolis construction and property management company, is looking for an Office Manager at our corporate headquarters.
This part-time position is the first point of contact for many of our clients, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated and a team player. Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant a plus.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Opens the office each day
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Answering phone and emails from tenants, clients and vendors and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Maintaining the office condition and alerting management to any necessary repairs
- Ensuring office is a welcome environment for our guests and clients
- Coordinate with IT on office equipment
- Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
- Assist in planning in-house or off-site employee activities
- Coordinating repairs of office equipment with vendors
- Execution of tasks assigned directly by the President and Senior Vice President
Education and Experience:
- Computer aptitude with strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- Comfortable learning new software
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Hands on experience with office machines (printers, postal posting, etc.)
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- High School degree
